10. WILSON RAMOS, Washington Nationals
Injuries have been treacherous for the one-time National League Rookie of the Year candidate (he finished fourth in 2011). In four seasons in the big leagues, Ramos has only played in more than 100 games once. But after missing chunks of time the first three months of the season, Ramos turned it on for 16 home runs and 59 RBIs in just 78 games. If Ramos can stay out of harm’s way and come near his 162-game average of .270, 24 home runs, 86 RBIs and 63 runs, he could be one of the best sleepers out there. |(Credit: AP / Matt Slocum)
