1. CLAYTON KERSHAW, Los Angeles Dodgers
The lefthander continues to be the most dominant starter in baseball, and he’s only 25. Kershaw led the National League in ERA (1.83) and WHIP (0.915) for the third consecutive year as he picked up his second Cy Young Award. He also led the NL in strikeouts with 232 and had 16 wins in 2013.
