25. JERED WEAVER, Los Angeles Angels
In a year marred with injury, Weaver put up pretty good numbers. He went 11-8 with a 3.27 ERA, 1.140 WHIP and 117 strikeouts in 24 starts. Weaver’s strikeout numbers started to drop in 2012, and at 31, it’s unlikely he’ll pick up steam there, but with consistent numbers elsewhere, he can be a reliable mid-level starter in most leagues. |(Credit: AP / Elaine Thompson)
