Girardi gets everyone into pool
The Yankees decided to take in a little pool action yesterday.
This wasn't the kind in which they dipped their toes in the water to get a feel for the temperature, though. Joe Girardi, perhaps trying to shed the gruff image that followed him around last year in his first season as Yankees manager, decided to throw the team a curveball - or maybe cue ball would be more appropriate.
