Former Indians, Red Sox, Dodgers, White Sox and Devil Rays slugger Manny Ramirez was one of the game's most feared hitters. He served a 50-game suspension in 2009 for violating MLB's performance-enhancing drug policy. He retired in 2011 after another unspecified issue with MLB's drug policy. Ramirez attempted a comeback with Oakland in 2012, but asked for and was given his release. He signed with the Texas Rangers on July 3, 2013, after a brief stint in the Taiwanese league.
