It's a different season, but it's the same debate for AL MVP.

With the MLB season winding down, it's time to think about who will win each of baseball's most prestigious awards. Just like last year, the most debated award will be for AL MVP, where Angels outfielder Mike Trout and Tigers third baseman Miguel Cabrera square off in their "sabermetrics vs. Triple Crown" rematch of last year. The battles for NL Cy Young, NL Rookie of the Year and AL Manager of the Year should also shape up to be good ones.

Newsday baseball columnist David Lennon has made his picks for each award, and you can too. See who the top contenders are in each race, read Lennon's picks and cast your own ballot at newsday.com/mlbawards.
