Should the Mets move the face of their franchise for the sake of their franchise?
Both the Mets and David Wright have expressed a desire to continue their union when the star third baseman's current contract ends after the 2013 season. But the possibility that Wright could be traded for a package of prospects will remain a real one until the ink dries on any new deal.
