PHILADELPHIA -- The Mets had plenty of flaws a year ago.

However, playing decent baseball in Philly wasn't one of them. The Mets won all three series played in Philadelphia in 2012. The only other time that's happened was back in 1989. All told, the Mets won the season series, 10-8, while going 7-2 at Citizens Bank Park.

The pitching matchups as the Mets (4-2, t2nd NL East) begin a three-game set against the Phillies (2-4, 4th NL East):

Monday, 7:05 p.m.: RHP Matt Harvey (1-0, 0.00) vs. RHP Roy Halladay (0-1, 13.50)

Tuesday, 7:05 p.m.: RHP Dillon Gee (0-1, 1.42) vs. LHP Cliff Lee (1-0, 0.00)

Wednesday: 7:05 p.m.: RHP Jeremy Hefner (0-1, 1.50) vs. RHP Kyle Kendrick (0-1, 7.94)

Halladay and his diminished velocity have dominated the headlines early on with the Phillies. Recently, he has drastically reduced the use of his fastball.

But if Halladay somehow bounces back, there's a good chance it would be against the Mets. Since joining the Phillies in 2010, Halladay has eight starts against the Mets, with a 7-0 record and a 1.78 ERA.
