The Yankees' fall is complete and winter is upon them.

Time for changes, trades, cuts and adjustments. Nick Swisher is eligible for free agency, but didn't hit in the postseason. Will he be back? Hiroki Kuroda is eligible to be a free agent and pitched well in the postseason. But will he take another one-year deal after a tremendous 2012 season?

Then there's the Alex Rodriguez question.
