There are, by a rough estimate, approximately 1,200 baseball players in the major leagues. 68 will have the chance to play in the 2013 All-Star Game July 16 at Citi Field.
This means one thing: there will be snubs. There are a few players across Major League Baseball that have put up solid numbers this season yet still find themselves on the bubble for an All-Star Game berth.
