The Toronto Blue Jays pitcher, who hit Curtis Granderson with a pitch during spring training that landed him on the disabled list, drilled Robinson Cano on the hand on an 0-and-2 count in the first inning of Tuesday's game.

Robinson Cano was removed from the All-Star Game after getting hit with a pitch on the right quadriceps by Matt Harvey in the first inning.
X-Rays on Cano's leg came back negative. FOX's Ken Rosenthal reported that Cano was examined by a Mets doctor and has been diagnosed with a right quadriceps contusion.
