Joe Girardi said he wasn't sure of the details of Michael Pineda's extended spring training start Monday, but Hal Steinbrenner reported that Pineda threw 65 pitches and is close to beginning his minor-league rehab assignment . . . The June 30 game at Baltimore has been moved to 8:05 p.m. for ESPN . . . Brian Cashman's daughter Grace sang the national anthem.
