Poll: Fans expect Yankees to bring home No. 28 in 2012

Fans are expecting the Yankees to bring home their 28th world title this year, according to our most recent poll of newsday.com readers.

While 57 percent of our readers think the Yankees will be hoisting another world title, 15 percent think they will miss the playoffs entirely. Here's a full breakdown of the voting:

Miss playoffs entirely -- 15%
