The Yankees would love to see A.J. Burnett have another dominating performance against the Orioles tonight.

Burnett, 3-0 for the first time in his career, is 10-2 with a 4.76 ERA in 14 career starts against Baltimore.  His most recent win was a 4-0 victory last Thursday at Camden Yards. Burnett (3-0, 2.43) struck out four and allowed only two runners to advance beyond first base.

As he did last Thursday, Burnett will be facing Baltimore rookie Brian Matusz. Matusz is 2-1 wihth a 4.40 ERA. Prior to that 4-0 loss, the 23-year-old oriole left-hander had won six straight decisions, including his first career start against New York at Yankee Stadium on Sept. 12, when he gave up one run over seven innings of a 7-3 victory.
