Tino Martinez, a special assistant to general manager Brian Cashman, will throw tonight's ceremonial first pitch. Last night it was David Cone.
(BTW the other person listed as special assistant to the GM is Stump Merrill. The Yankees must be saving him for Game 6 or 7 for the first pitch.)
And in case you're wondering, Ronan Tynan is once again persona non grata at Yankee Stadium....
