Peter Shapiro, who has supervised renovations and subsequent concerts at The Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, has purchased the building he'd been leasing from Marvin Ravikoff for $11.5 million.
Anthony D'Amato, a spokesman for The Cap, confirmed Monday that the transaction was finalized Dec. 28.
