Recap: The Yankees are back in the playoffs, their crisis officially over. They defeated the Blue Jays, 6-1, to clinch their 15th postseason berth in 16 years. CC Sabathia earned his 21st win as he allowed one run and three hits in 8.1 innings pitched. Mariano Rivera nailed down the last two outs in a non-save situation.
