Derek Jeter, playing in his final home game, will catch the ceremonial first pitch alongside the retired Jorge Posada. Andy Pettitte and Mariano Rivera, the other half of the team's "Core Four" that combined to win multiple World Series titles in the late 1990s and the 2000s, will throw out those first pitches.
