The NBA has hit Gerald Wallace in the pocket book once again.
Less than a week after slapping the Nets swingman with a $35,000 fine for escalating the altercation between the Celtics' Rajon Rondo and Kris Humphries, the league slapped Wallace with a $5,000 fine for his second flopping violation. EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- Avery Johnson seems a bit lukewarm about the NBA's new flopping rule.
The league announced Wednesday that it will penalize players for flopping and the amount of those fines will increase with each infraction.
