Kobe on Fisher: I'm going to demolish him

Dave McMenamin from the Kamentzky Brothers' Lakers blog at ESPN.com pulled a great quote from Kobe Bryant Wednesday.

Kobe was asked about what's going to happen when he plays against the Thunder and former teammate Derek Fisher on March 29. Bryant said of a potential one-on-one situation against Fisher:

"I'm going to demolish him. He understands that. If he switches off on me in the post, there’s going to be problems."

To give Bryant credit, contextually, it appears to have come off far more light-hearted. Bryant spoke about how he and Fisher "love" each other, and it's no secret that him and Fisher were buddies.

Still, you've got to love Bryant breaking out "demolish," and pointing out that Fish will have "problems" in the post against Kobe.

Fisher signed with the Thunder Wednesday, and played 19 minutes in Oklahoma City's 114-91 win against the Clippers. The veteran point guard finished with five points and one assist, and had a plus/minus of +11.

Fisher will backup Russell Westbrook at point guard.
