Nike Basketball tweeted out the above photo earlier today of the new USA basketball team jerseys.

According to the tweet, the uniform is Nike's lightest basketball jersey, made of approximately 96 percent recycled polyester. The company is calling it the "Nike Hyper Elite Uniform."

Shown above are Kobe Bryant, LeBron James, Deron Williams and Kevin Durant. All four players are finalists to make the 2012 Olympic roster, and barring unforeseen circumstances or injury, will make the final cut.

Personally, I would have preferred something a little more classic (does the bend of "USA" make any sense?), but at least its not the 2012 NBA All-Star jersey.
