Russell Westbrook had a signature game Tuesday night against the Miami Heat. Unfortunately for Westbrook and the Thunder, it came in a loss.

The fourth-year point guard led all scorers with 43 points, connecting on 20 of 32 shots. He added seven rebounds and five assists, turning the ball over just three times.

As noted by @NBAHistory, Westbrook was the first player to connect on 20...

We may be just 40 hours away from the end of the "LeBron James has no rings" memes.

Despite debilitating leg cramps, James nearly finished with a triple-double in Miami's 104-98 Game 4 win over the Oklahoma City Thunder. James totaled 26 points, 12 assists and nine rebounds to lead the Heat to a 3-1 series lead.

On the opposite sideline, Kevin Durant was overshadowed by a masterful...

Serge Ibaka disses LeBron's 'D'

Miami Heat small forward LeBron James is defended

Serge Ibaka had some big trash talk for LeBron James, arguably the league's best defender:

Step up your game.

Ibaka told the Palm Beach Post's Tom D'Angelo that "LeBron is not a good defender."

Can he play tight defense in spurts? Sure, Ibaka told D'Angelo, "but not [for] 48 minutes."

Ibaka took it a step further, too, saying that teammate Kevin Durant...

Forget rubbing elbows: Guillermo from "Jimmy Kimmel Live" managed to rub facial hair with Dwyane Wayne . . . err, Wade.

The sports correspondent was let loose at NBA Media Day, interviewing (and insulting) several stars, including Wade, Derek Fisher, Mario Chalmers, Chris Bosh, Kevin Durant, James Harden and LeBron James.

Guillermo had an "exclusive" interview with...

Remember back to Game 1, when a Miami Heat loss had detractors talking about LeBron James again not doing enough to grab an NBA title?

That might as well be ancient history.

James dropped 29 points and grabbed 14 rebounds Sunday night, leading the Heat to a 91-85 win over the Thunder and a 2-1 series lead. And now, instead of looking overmatched as they did after a series-opening loss,...

Oklahoma City's comeback attempt against the Heat fell short in Game 2 of the NBA Finals last night, as Miami managed to even the series at one game apiece.

Kevin Durant had an opportunity to tie the game with under 10 seconds left, but missed a seven-footer. LeBron James grabbed the rebound, was fouled, and drilled his two free throws to put the game away.

Here's a look at the tale...

The big story surrounding this year's NBA Finals? No, not how many dunks Nick Collison will finish the series with, after throwing down a pair in the final 90 seconds of Oklahoma City's Game 1 win. Rather, the match-up between LeBron James and Kevin Durant, the game's two biggest stars.

So, starting today and following each game of the NBA finals, check the Drib for a table showing the stats...

Hey, OKC fans: Chris Bosh isn't impressed

Whether still bothered by an abdominal strain, rusty from missing time, or just plagued by an off night, Chris Bosh struggled in the opener of the NBA Finals.

The third piece of Miami's "Big Three" finished with just 10 points on 4-for-11 shooting, pulled down an unimpressive five rebounds, and for most of the game, was invisible in the Heat offense.

That didn't stop Bosh from...

Pat Riley and Alonzo Mourning had a bad night

(Credit: @CorkGaines)

There were several times during last night's NBA Finals opener when ABC's cameras showed Pat Riley and Alonzo Mourning in the crowd. The Heat executive and all-time great stood out like sore thumbs in the Thunder crowd, donning black suits while the rest of the Oklahoma City faithful wore blue t-shirts.

The best shots of Riley and Mourning came in the second half, when the Thunder surged to...
