ATLANTA – The Knicks are working on buying out the contracts of Metta World Peace and Beno Udrih.
World Peace announced on Twitter that his agent and the Knicks were in discussions on a buyout. League sources confirmed that Udrih’s agent, who also represents World Peace, was negotiating a buyout for both players with the Knicks.

Raymond Felton missed the last four games with a pinched nerve in his hip, but he will return tonight to face Chris Paul and the Clippers.
The Knicks, losers of six straight, could use all the help they can get. But Felton wasn’t playing well defensively when he was healthy, and Paul isn’t the best guy to face when you’re coming off an injury like that.

Mike Woodson was fined $25,000 by the NBA for "public criticism of the officiating" yesterday on 98.7 FM, ESPN New York.
Woodson said "absolutely not" when asked if Carmelo Anthony gets the superstar calls and went on to say he's "starting to wonder what's a foul and what's not a foul."

Mike Woodson is planning to change his starting lineup tomorrow night against the Pistons.
The Pistons start a Josh Smith, Greg Monroe and Andre Drummond frontline so Woodson said he “might match to their bigness.”

The NBA fined J.R. Smith $25,000 for directing hostile and inappropriate language to another player via his Twitter account, in violation of NBA rules.
Smith took exception to Pistons guard Brandon Jennings’ tweet questioning whether his brother, Chris Smith, belonged in the NBA. Jennings later removed his tweet.
