The lone restricted free agent on this list, Brown spent eight games with the Knicks in 2011 after getting claimed off waivers from the Bobcats. He has shown flashes of range over his two-year career, shooting over 50 percent from the field. If the Knicks bring him back, the team could be tempted to test him from the outside; Brown hit on three of his four three-point attempts during his brief stint in New York. He also has shown some ability to create off the dribble. At 24 years old, Brown is one of the few young Knicks targets.
