John Starks: Nets are 'still looking up' at Knicks

Former NBA stars say the Nets have much to prove against crosstown Knicks despite major offseason transactions. Videojournalist: Robert Cassidy (July 23, 2013)

Basketball greats Walt Frazier, Nate Archibald and John Starks hit the links on Tuesday at a golf fundraiser to fight cancer hosted by Joe Cairo at Lido Golf Course.

They also did some talking.

Starks, a former Knicks shooting guard, said that despite the Nets moves this offseason the Knicks are still the team in New York.

"No," Starks said with a smile when asked if the Nets were now better than the Knicks. "They're still looking up at us. They definitely have made some great moves and we know that they're going to be a very good team."

"Go Knicks," Frazier chimed in.
