Spurs 118, Knicks 105

Tony Parker had a game-high 32 points as the Spurs beat the Knicks 118-105 at the AT&T Center on Wednesday night. Anthony had 27 points, Jeremy Lin had 20 points to go along with just four assists and Amar'e Stoudemire and J.R. Smith each added 18.
