The Knicks could be without their starting backcourt tomorrow night in Boston at the least.

Raymond Felton will miss 2-3 weeks after MRI confirmed he has a strained left hamstring. Iman Shumpert is listed as day-to-day after suffering a bruised left knee.

Felton re-aggravated his hamstring in Tuesday’s loss at Cleveland. He sat out last night’s game was replaced by Pablo Prigioni in the starting lineup.

According to a report, the Knicks and Raptors are discussing a deal centering around veteran Kyle Lowry. The Knicks need point guard help and Lowry is an expiring contract so the Knicks likely would have an interest.

During his weekly radio show on 98.7 FM ESPN New York, Mike Woodson was asked if the Knicks are looking to go outside to get point guard help.

“That’s something that’s always dangling out there,” Woodson said. “Right now for us there’s really nothing going on. We’ve got to maintain and coach the guys that we have in uniform. Nobody’s going to help the Knicks out or make a big blockbuster trade to bail us out. Guys that are in uniform have to be ready to play and step up.”

Shumpert injured his knee after banging knees with Mike Dunleavy Jr. in last night’s five-point win over the Bulls. Shumpert tore his left ACL in the 2012 playoffs, and missed the first 37 games last rehabbing from it.

Woodson said Shumpert got treatment today and will be evaluated tomorrow before the Celtics’ game. It’s the start of a back-to-back as the Knicks play host to the Hawks on Saturday night.
