Looks like the Dwightmare could be in full force once again relatively soon.

Three months after waiving his early termination option and saying he wanted to remain in Orlando, Dwight Howard wants to be traded to the Nets by next Thursday, according to Yahoo! The report says Howard's desire is to come to Brooklyn so he can pair with Deron Williams.

The point guard is expected to opt out of the final year of his deal and become a free agent on July 1. Williams visited the Barclays Center one more time yesterday, touring the $1 billion facility to get another update on the construction progress.

Dealing with the Howard situation will likely be the first task of the Magic's newly-hired GM Rob Hennigan, who is expected to be introduced in Orlando later today. The Nets, of course, heavily pursued Howard prior to the March trade deadline, before he decided his preference was to stay with the Magic.

But Howard appears to have changed his mind one more time, and there's no doubt the Nets want to begin their first season in Brooklyn with some serious buzz. With only five players under contract, they're going to have a lot of personnel decisions to make.

Now that Howard may once again want out, we'll have to see if a D-Will/D12 pairing comes to fruition.
