Nets, Humphries agree on two-year deal

After an offseason of uncertainty, the Nets will reunite Kris Humphries with Brook Lopez in the starting frontcourt for the 2012-13 season.

As first reported by Marc Stein of ESPN.com and later confirmed by the team, the Nets and Humphries came to terms on a two-year deal worth $24 million.

WASHINGTON -- Avery Johnson said Friday that the Nets were still searching for a point guard to back up Deron Williams.
