Bulls' Joakim Noah could miss series opener

Joakim Noah is hurting and there’s a possibility the Bulls may be without their starting center for Game 1 of their Eastern Conference quarterfinal series with the Nets.

Noah is dealing with plantar fasciitis in his right foot, raising concern about his availability for the opener. He said there’s a tear in his foot, meaning he might be limited or could be forced to sit out the series altogether.

Billy King continues to fill out the Brooklyn Nets' inaugural roster.

The Nets today announced they re-signed guard Keith Bogans, bringing him back into the fold after he only managed to play in five games with them in 2011-12 due to a season-ending ankle injury.

Bogans, a 6-5, 215-pounder and nine-year veteran, went down against the Pistons on Feb. 8.
