The Nets Friday announced the additions of Lawrence Frank, Roy Rogers and Eric Hughes. Doug Overton, who was a holdover from Avery Johnson's staff, has also been retained.

Brooklyn will take on the Hawks in a regular-season matchup Jan. 16 at the O2 Arena, the NBA announced Tuesday. The contest is part of the league's Global Games, another initiative to help promote the brand internationally.

The Nets announced Monday that their All-Star 7-foot center had a procedure done to replace a screw in his foot.
