Following the reactions from around the NBA to Clippers owner Donald Sterling being banned for life by commissioner Adam Silver.

Silver announced the lifetime ban at a news conference for Tuesday afternoon in Manhattan to discuss the league's investigation into Sterling.

Sterling was thrust into the national spotlight when celebrity news organization TMZ alleged him to be the person who made racist comments to his girlfriend in an audio unveiled on the TMZ website late Friday night.
