LONDON -- David Haye will face Dereck Chisora at his lightest as a heavyweight in their all-British grudge fight at Upton Park on Saturday.

Haye weighed in Thursday at 210 pounds, half a pound lighter than he weighed in his last fight a year ago, a points loss to Wladimir Klitschko in a title unification bout.

Chisora weighed 247 pounds, nearly 6 pounds heavier than when he lost to Vitali Klitschko on points in February.

Haye (25-2, 23 KO) and Chisora (15-3, 9 KO) came to blows in an infamous press conference confrontation in Munich after Chisora's defeat on points to Vitali Klitschko in February.

With the British Boxing Board of Control unwilling to license either fighter, the Luxembourg Boxing Federation has sanctioned the non-world title fight.
