Muhammad Ali's death mourned around the world

Muhammad Ali, a sports and civil rights icon, died Friday, June 3, 2016, at the age of 74. The heavyweight champion came to be called the most famous human on the planet, and his death is being mourned around the world. President Barack Obama, who keeps a pair of boxing gloves worn by Ali in his private study off the Oval Office, said Saturday that Ali "shook up the world, and the world is better for it."
