Current WBC and IBF 140-pound champion Devon Alexander (photo left) has agreed to teems with former WBA champion Andreas Kotelnik on August 7 in St. Louis.

ESPN.com reported the Kotelnik signed the contract in his hometown of Lviv, Ukraine, early Tuesday.

"He has a great camaraderie [with] the people here," promoter Don King said, according to the report. "I said, 'You're part of this community, and they're all looking up to you. You got to reach out there and get these two titles and bring back the fame and acclaim and applause to your community.' "

It should be a solid matchup for Alexander (20-0, 13 KOs), who is coming off two solid outings against Juan Urango and Junior Witter.

For Kotelnik (31-3, 13 KOs), it's a chance to put himself back in the champions circle after getting blitzed by Amir Khan in England last July.

All roads likely lead to WBO 140-pound champion Timothy Bradley. Although Alexander holds the WBC and IBF crown, Bradley is viewed by many as the top 140-pound fighter in the world.

Bradley (25-0, 11 KOs)  will take on Luis Carlos Abregu in Rancho Mirage, California in July.
