Lost amongst all of the Floyd Mayweather Jr.-Canelo Alvarez hype was something going on in our own backyard.

Chris Algieri returns to the Paramount Theater in his hometown of Huntington on July 20 to take on perhaps his toughest opponent to date, Mike Arnaoutis (24-8-2, 11 KOs).

The former kick boxing champion turned welterweight contender scored a unanimous-decision win over Jose Peralta Alejo at the Paramount last February on NBC’s Fight Night.
