Tiffany Hayes and Kalana Greene each had 15 points as Connecticut rolled to a 60-32 win over No.9 West Virginia for their 16th Big East Tournament title on Tuesday.

It was the 72nd straight win for the Huskies (33-0), who will enter the NCAA Tournament undefeated for the second straight season. It was the fifth time in the last six seasons Connecticut has won the Big East Tournament.

Connecticut is 14-0 against top-10 teams and have won those games by an average of 26.2 points.

The Mountaineers made it a game early in the second, trailing 33-28 with 14:52 left. But Maya Moore scored four straight points, sparking a 27-2 run that gave the Huskies a 60-30 lead with 2:45 left.
