Hofstra senior midfielder Lindsey Alfano had two goals, three draw controls, two caused turnovers and two ground balls. Lexi Lenighan scored two goals, including one to tie the game with 17:05 left in the game.
Lindsay Scott score the other goal for Hofstra (3-13, 1-5 CAA), giving the Pride its only lead, 4-3 with 4:26 left in the first half.
Drexel (10-6, 3-3) ended a 22-game losing streak against Hofstra, which is 26-7 in the all-time series between the teams.
