The Colonial Athletic Association has changed the schedule for the 2013 men's lacrosse championship. The semifinal will now be Wednesday, May 1 and the title game will be Friday, May 3.

With the No. 1 seed already locked up, Penn State will host the conference tournament in University Park, Pa.

Hofstra (7-6) is currently fourth in the conference with at 2-3 in CAA play. They wrap up their regular season Saturday at home against top-seeded Penn State.

Hofstra can clinch the final seed in the conference tournament under a couple of scenarios:

If they lose Saturday, and Delaware and Saint Joseph's are also have 2-4 conference records, Hofstra clinches based on head-to-head record.

If they win and finish tied with Towson at 3-3 in conference, Towson gets the No. 3 seed and Hofstra gets the No. 4 seed based on head-to-head records.
