Metro Hoops Poll: SJU on top again

The back-and-forth game in the Metro Poll continued this week as St. John’s took over the top spot. The Red Storm topped Georgia Tech, 69-58, on Saturday to move three games over .500. St. Francis moved up three spots to second after winning its third straight over Stony Brook, 70-68, on Sunday. Stony Brook, meanwhile, dropped two spots to third.

Manhattan dropped one spot to fourth, Iona is up one place to fifth, while Quinnipiac moved up one palce to sixth. Princeton is up to seventh from 10th, while Seton Hall took a big tumble from fourth to eighth. Wagner dropped to ninth and Fordham enters the poll at 10th. NJIT drops out after two straight losses.
