Slowly but surely, Baylor is creeping into the national championship race. If the Bears can win at No. 10 Oklahoma State on Saturday, things could get really tight for 3rd-ranked Ohio State, which plays lowly Indiana on Saturday. It’s all about quality this weekend in college football as only three games feature both opponents ranked in the BCS poll. But the three games we are talking about are sure to have a profound impact on the national championship race.

We’re at the halfway point of the season and as usual it’s another weekend that has serious national title implications. Georgia, Florida, LSU, Oregon and Oklahoma are all in contention for conference/national titles. They also all have tough games. The top 5 could be drastically different next week.

No. 6 LSU (4-0, 1-0 SEC) @ No. 9 Georgia (3-0, 1-0), 3:30: Georgia QB Aaron Murray has vaulted himself right into the Heisman Trophy conversation. If anyone disagrees with that check his last two games. Murray has completed 39 of 53 passes for 717 yards, seven touchdowns and one interception.
