Located in the New York Health and Racquet Club at D.R.E.A.M. Wellness Center. Dreamnastics is a facility for parents and their children to enjoy classes together. There are mats, toys slides, trampolines, air logs and much more, as well as a baby zip line.
You'll find traditional mommy and me classes, classes for kids with special needs, CPR, lamaze and more.. They also offer a Build A Class option: If you can’t find a time that works for you and your friends, you can start up your own class. You just need 3 or more of your friends to get started.
