Kansas City Chiefs linebacker Jovan Belcher, who grew up in West Babylon and led his high school team to a 9-1 season in his senior year, fatally shot his girlfriend early Saturday, then drove to Arrowhead Stadium and committed suicide in front of three team officials, according to a Kansas City police spokesman.
