Jellyfish in Centerport is starting to look like a veritable revolving door, now banking on its third chef since the New American place opened in the fall with James McDevitt, a Newsday All-Star Chef. The most recent chef, Matt Murphy, has departed; his replacement is former Bravo Top Chef contender Danny Gagnon, who was in charge of the kitchen at DoraNonnie in Glen Head.
Where does that leave DoraNonnie? The Italian-Asian Fusion restaurant within Bernard’s Market in Glen Head is now under the command of Robert Soriano, who moves up from his former post as chef de cuisine.
