Situation: Tied at 23 in overtime

Manning in the fourth quarter/OT: Manning went 12-for-19, 142 yards, 1 TD. He threw a 4-yard touchdown pass to tight end Kevin Boss with 1:50 seconds left in the fourth to give the Giants a brief 23-20 lead. The Bengals’ Shayne Graham kicked a 21-yard field goal as time expired to send the game to overtime.

Winning drive: John Carney kicked a 22-yard field goal to cap an eight-play, 62-yard drive.

Key play: Facing a third-and-10 on the Bengals’ 38-yard line in overtime, Manning hit Amani Toomer for a 31-yard catch to put the Giants on the 7-yard line, setting up an easy field goal for Carney.
