I forgot to tell you who practiced and who didn't! Of course, if you follow along on Twitter, you already know this stuff.

Travis Beckum and Mario Manningham both said they would be practicing today. I don't know if they sat out with a hamstring and groin injury, respectively, or because their pants were on fire. They did not participate.

I'm kidding about being chaffed by this, or course. I'm sure they want to practice and are being held out by the medical staff.

Deon Grant, who tweaked his groin in the morning session, was sidelined in the afternoon despite his assurances that he would practice. He did look good running down the field after Antrel Rolle's interception to end practice, though.

Shaun O'Hara did not participate either. He's still looking at Monday for his first work.

Hakeem Nicks was one of the few who kept his word. He said he would be practicing and he practiced. You're a man of honor, Hakeem.

One-a-day guys Kevin Boss, Keith Bulluck, Osi Umenyiora and Jay Alford participated as scheduled.

And obviously the guys on PUP -- Kenny Phillips and Kevin Boothe -- did not practice.
