The Giants were stretching. Except for Odell Beckham Jr. He was dancing.

The wide receiver entertained everyone with a few of his moves in the early stages of Thursday's practice, which was accompanied by some loud music.

"I just enjoy life, man, that's all it is," Beckham said of his dancing. "Really nothing more to it. It's such a blessing and a privilege to play in the NFL. This is what you dreamed of doing since you were a kid. I'm going to go out every day and I'm going to have fun. I'm going to dance, I'm going to laugh, I'm going to smile and I'm going to try to encourage my teammates to do the same."

Some were. Rookie tackle Bobby Hart flashed a few moves. Others were also moving to the beat.

Of course the Giants don't mind Beckham dancing in practice so long as he continues to do it in the end zones during games. He said he is not committed to any special dance move this year after his scoring plays, such as "the whip" which he used last year.

"We'll have to wait and see," he said. "It's one of those things you get in there and you're so excited sometimes you're so excited you don't know what to do. Whatever the case may be, I just hope you can get in the end zone as much as you can."
