David Diehl in NYPD custody on suspicion of drunken driving

David Diehl, a Pro Bowl offensive lineman for the Giants, was taken into custody on Sunday night on suspicion of DWI, according to the New York Police Department. He was being held at the 114th Precinct in Queens awaiting arraignment. Formal charges are expected overnight.
