Now that Osi has established how happy he is to be in New York and with the Giants, he's moving on to fixing the problems of other players in other sports.

The veteran defensive end who just a few months ago said he would rather retire than go through a season like 2009 -- with its eight losses and his diminishing playing time -- has some advice for LeBron James. He posted it on Playmaker Mobile.

The crux of his message: "I think he should stay in Cleveland."

Osi also warns LeBron that if he does come to New York, he'd better bring his A-game each and every night. "When you lose," he notes, "it's tough."
