Justin Tuck spoke at today’s NFL Play 60 event at Maxson Middle School in Plainfield, NJ, about how his job description as a captain has changed this season thanks to Antrel Rolle. Tom Coughlin said he hasn’t talked to Hakeem Nicks about his display of frustration during Sunday’s win over the Packers, and he sure as heck wasn’t going to talk to anyone else about it either.
“That’s something I’m not going to discuss,” the coach said on a conference call on Monday. “Those things will stay inside.”

Some Giants are feeling a little insulted that NBC has deemed them not ready for prime time players. For the first time since flex scheduling came into the league in 2006, the Giants were bumped from the Sunday night spotlight. When Charles Woodson was released from the Packers earlier this offseason, the Giants made some inquiries about the veteran safety that they considered “due diligence.” That was in February. Now it’s the middle of May and Woodson is still without a team.
