We know the four teams on the Giants’ preseason schedule, but only one of the dates and times of the games. That one is in Week 2 of the preseason when the Giants will host the Colts at 8 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 18. That game will be televised nationally on FOX.

As for the other games, the schedule is a bit nebulous. The Giants open on the road against the Steelers and will play at some point...

Asked about the middle of the Giants’ run defense against the Steelers, Tom Coughlin used a four-letter word as far as football players are concerned.

The veteran who started the first two games of the season at left tackle and the last six at right tackle, said he was told today that he will be the team’s sixth lineman against the Steelers. That means David Diehl will return to the starting lineup at right tackle.

“It’s just what...

Where ‘Trel at? Well, today, he was on the field.

The Giants’ safety was participating in practice today, having apparently cleared the concussion protocols that kept him sidelined on Wednesday. Rolle hit his head on the turf late in the game against the Cowboys and missed the final two minutes. He had to go through NFL-mandated screenings before getting back on the field.

David Baas...
